Perozo Molina Group is a team of licensed Florida real estate agents operating under Miami New Realty (license CQ1020974). This page says what happens to your information when you use this site or write to us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What the calculators send us: nothing

Every calculator on this site runs entirely inside your browser. The county figures, the millage tables and the insurance data are downloaded with the page and the arithmetic happens on your device. The price you type, the income you type and the county you pick are never sent to us or to anyone else, and we could not see them if we wanted to.

The one exception is the Copy link to this calculation button, and only because you pressed it: it puts your numbers into a web address so you can send it to someone. Whoever you send it to can read those numbers. Nobody else gets it.

What we do collect

What you send us. If you fill in a form, write to us, or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what you sent — your name, your contact details and whatever you told us about what you are trying to do. We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked for. That is all.

Traffic data. Like almost every site, this one records visits so we can see which pages are read and which searches bring people here. That is counting, not identifying: we do not know who you are from it.

Calls and texts are optional, and that is not a formality

If we ask for permission to call or text you, agreeing is never a condition of getting anything — not the valuation, not the figures, not a reply. You can ask us for the numbers and tell us not to phone you, and we will send the numbers. Florida’s Telephone Solicitation Act requires that consent be separate and freely given, and a checkbox you cannot untick is not consent. Say stop at any point, by any route, and it stops.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. Not to lenders, not to insurers, not to lead brokers, not to anybody. Real estate has a long tradition of the opposite, which is exactly why this line is here.

We do not pass you around. When we introduce you to a lender, an inspector, a title company or an attorney, it is because you asked or because the transaction needs one, and we tell you we are doing it.

How long we keep it, and how to make it go away

We keep what you sent us while we are working together and afterwards for as long as Florida law requires records of a transaction to be kept. If you never became a client, ask us and we will delete it. Write to admin@invierteenmiami.com and say so — you do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to use particular words.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

If this page changes

The date below is the last time it changed. If we ever change something that matters — what we collect or what we do with it — we will not do it quietly.
